Management is not taking care of employee also they are not considering many facts about every employee for an example my dad got hospitalized for more then 3 times and in that situation I worked from hospital only to avoid the backlog which is forced by the upper level also in such situations when there is mental stress no support at all and if in these rainy days light supply or internet gets down they have no concern about that for those days my target gets converted into backlog and later any how I have to complete that. there are many situations but here are few just for the reference and my personal experience also no body comes forward to talk because everyone here gets scared as they might loose there job the people like me who has got responsibilities like my father he is 86 yrs and have asthama problem also I had to look after my family and can't afford to loose this job.
