No work life balance, Too much pressure is given to the fresher as well. They don't provide sim or compensation but employee have to use their personal sim for calling candidates. No off on Sunday even we had to work on Sunday as well. Don't join if you want peace and work-life balance. You have to work on holidays ./No off.

It was horrible, I was depressed as there were no off even on Sunday my mentor uses to call me anytime and ask to work as normal day. She ask to share screenshot and call recording to confirm that we worked on Sunday from PG or not and also do video call
