In my branch there was too much politics, that's why i resigned. And douple IP acc opening is not easy for small finance bank. Kolkata's maximum people don't know this bank name so this is the problem, mobile banking is slow too...

don't pay travel allowance which was promised. you are to work on holidays. toxic and demean you among colleagues, abusive language used and self esteem brought down. have made many cry and leave the job. the office politics, asking money when you are even 1 minute late. spiteful and no believing of you by management.

This Bank and branch is so good but there are not seating every person and branch is very poor. There are toilet only one, I request to you please separate your toilet, There are more than politics every person. There are seating every political person.

Everything specially timings , payscale and promotion Skilled and deserving candidates has to wait while the staff who only does the chaaplusi of seniors (wanted to add this word in Hindi because that's what the cheap staff has to do all the day) gets the promotion and salary hike tooo.

No likes. They are closing Asset Depa. In all over INdia . This I am typing as on 07-02-2025. I was posted in Gujarat and I got call from NCM and RCM and also head HRwho are already resigned that bank is closing his lending depa.

Do NOT JOIN. They will spoil your career and life. I grown all portfolio in Amdavad Gujarat even got call that all asset department is closing as bank has invited loss.
