No likes. They are closing Asset Depa. In all over INdia . This I am typing as on 07-02-2025. I was posted in Gujarat and I got call from NCM and RCM and also head HRwho are already resigned that bank is closing his lending depa.

Do NOT JOIN. They will spoil your career and life. I grown all portfolio in Amdavad Gujarat even got call that all asset department is closing as bank has invited loss.

New challenges and their solutions provided by me for observation/complaint received from business and customers during the working tenure beginning to till now.

Monitoring process are very weak at branch level for lon recovery process Technology intiative and controls to be there like other small finance/private sector banks.

Can be best organization because of good appraisal benifit and RNR for every little achievement which gives you lime light.

Lower level politics that makes you leave organization. Though organization is good but can't help with bad people in it and nobody is there to monitor.
