1. Good Office Culture. 2. The CEO, Adv. Dagadu Londhe sir is very helpful and kind nature. 3. The work utkarsh is doing, is remarkable. 4. Utkarsh works for Animal welfare specially. 5. They provide lunch and dinner to all the staff with 2 time tea and snacks. 6. Organisation is sending us to other states with all the expenses they give us flight allowances. 7. We receive amazon vouchers on our birthday. 8. We receive extra incentives after selection of Employee of the month. 9. Organisation gives advance salary and loans to people who in need of anything. 10. people receive surprise increments on their work performance. 11. We get good training and session on our personal and profession life. 12. We celebrates all the festivals and days. 13. We are having fun Fridays in office. 14. As i have seen many people are writing to not receiving salaries on the time as i am a Manager position i understand how utkarsh utilized all the funds for beneficiaries, that is the reason sometimes our salaries got delayed, but this is the prove of Utkarsh that they are working on ground level to help animals and humans too. 1. Many people take advantage of our CEO after taking salary they put bad reviews on CEO behavior, I think our CEO needs to take serious actions against them. and our CEO just let go everything.
