Likes

The most likeable feature of utility hub is the elaborate training they provide to the freshers. It is very comprehensive and the support of team leaders and management is commendable

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

salary growth is good because of uncapped incentives but position growth is limited.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
