An okay place for freshers. Actually they hire mostly freshers. You get your salary on time.

The list is quite long but I’ll try to keep it as short as possible. The work culture is a bit weird. HR keeps making different policies every other day and these so called ‘company’ policies are different for everyone. No clear communication from the HR’s side ever. Appraisals and Incentives are poor. No scope of upskilling, what so ever. Few people in the top management run the company as per their whims and fancies. No centralised work culture. Salary difference, and No appreciation of work they just motivate you but when in comes to reward nothing is there. Also the incentive are give only once a year and there is no structure for incentive , they dont invest on employees ,never.

I am not someone giving reviews but this company is pathetic. They lack all professionalism. Their HR think they can rule the world by ruling companies. All policies change at any point of time. Managers are like Hitlers. Micro management is at its peak. Just like it is beware of dogs please be beware of RNF. I don't think you need more than this to not join this company.
