it was a startup company in my time of joining. Faculty, jr lecturers and Sr lectures used to be abusive, careless, Especially Sr. Faculty psycho torture, i had to work 14 hrs a day some times and even sundays. for company's growth in my time. then i gave up, when i realised that they made me their slave.

Work Details

daily full load of questions papers and assignments typing and printing, preparing materials and bring them after the delivery as a office boy. It was a torture, some lecturers were psychos. i was skilled, but they treated me like a slave.

Likes

Work environment and culture is average. With Covid, they have reduced faculty significantly and stopped salaries from March 2020 itself. Salaries are paid irregularly and no recognition for hard working and sincere faculty. Finance management is poor.

Dislikes

No job security at all and staff can be removed any time without assigning any proper reason. There are cases where salaries are not paid for working period also while removing from service.

Work Details

No proper student discipline, management policies are poor in maintaining student discipline. No proper monitoring by the management. Encouragement for the staff by way of appraisals is nil especially for the past couple of years.
