I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. I like working on my own. A little collaboration is good, but still prefer to finish individual projects.

Dislikes

Leadership was awful and most managers were control freaks! Even supervisors can't make decisions for the team! There's no autonomy and the work environment is terrible!
