Management taking a decision after discussing with Advisory Committee. Allthe team members are appreciating the company policy and the company organizes Motivation and training programs also for their employees. Ahmedabad & Noida office employees and leaders are working with others in a very cooperative manner, the company has also given the option to work from home to employees.
