I have spent approx 3+ years in Upadpro at the Ahmedabad location as a software developer. The company is fully cooperating during the corona time, in terms of work and culture. Where most of the companies were deducting salaries of the employees Upadpro gave an annual bonus instead of deducting the salary. I have 3+ years of experience in Upadpro as a software developer. Here we have a family-like environment with full transparency and recognition. Management is easily approachable whenever there is any kind of need.

Only one advice to management, I am missing the gathering and meeting due to corona in the last yaar with all employees in annual function, please arrange this year asap.

Nothing positive about UpadPro

If I going to write down the negative points then it will be a very large paragraph. In short I have worked as .net developer for more than one year 1. If you talk about appraisal then you have done nothing for company you will get 0% appraisal for many years 2. If you ask for leave even if you apply before one month, This will not be approved and you salary will be deducted with sandwich policy. 3. If you are little bit late then salary will be deducted and if you work overtime this is your fault that you are not able to manage you task 4. Your leave will never be approved. even if you have leave balance or applied before proper time. After December month that will be reimburse with basic only 5. I have seen many example like they have fired on immediate basis if they can find any candidate in less than your salary. I was also pointed out but my good luck I got another job and leaved UpadPro 6. Technologies on which they are working is WCF MVC only it was for me. Nothing new to learn for anyone like in Andoid or IOS or designing anything 7. If you want to leave the company then you can not because you are important and if you will try to leave UpadPro will take legal action and you would have to manage legal circumstances because you have signed the document at the joining time that company can take any action something like this 8. There was an HR Lady Anu Maam.who was the best hr we had in the organisation. unfortunately she left after an year we really dont want her go. she was so humble and nice. and she knew how to talk to people and solve the issues we really want her to come back.
