No Job security No work life balance Worst manager and seniors who never find a solution for an issue , even if ideas are given by Other employees , its not accepted. Can be relieved at any point of time And the funniest part is volunteers who visit office for one day in a week , will judge the performance of full time employees. Performance is never recognized. It's a very good ngo. Good environment. Very helpful for fresher to build their skills. They will pay salary on time without delay. It's secure job in local area come to other companies.

Admiting students is little tough job. But we realy work hard in outreach definitely we achieve success and they will good incentives for extra package.

They only need fresh ideas. They are casteist, all people there are Brahmin and one is Rajput. There is no women harassment cell. They may discontinue you if you have principles which are not in line with the way money making ngos operate in India. The boss abuses you for no reason and this is criminal. You better keep your call reco rder on , this may help you dealing with your bosses legally anywhere<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The another HR is female and very corruptible. He tries to dominate you.
