Nothing to like since they havent paid me my salary of 3 months

The owners have family issues to sort through. There is no organization and no digitization in the manner of their operation. The HR has far too much of an attitude. The patent lead thinks he doesnt have to train anyone. The trademark and litigation team have no prior notice or schedule for them. The working days are all Saturdays and there are only 21 holidays per year. The bonus is not given out. The management makes you slog for longer working hours and doesnt appreciate your work. They think they are doing you a huge favor by offering you a job....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
