The UBL is open to innovation & readily adopts latest digital technology. I love the fact that I am a part of digital innovation .Originations is worthy giving appreciation but some crimnal elements are not working in the interest of origination. They are using miss use of their power. They are trying to harm the root of Ubl which may adverse the effect .

Teammates,training is better but job security career growth salary appraisal is very poor a crimnal lobby is working on it since few years

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the Digital branch ,Commercial branch ,sub branch also OFAMS booking for district 14 branches but at the end I have been awarded D rating in appraisal by crimnal lobby
