We used to have Monthly incentives which was helpful and from last one year that's been changed and there is no transparency with incentives and also it's drastically reduced. Salary hikes are delayed and not that great. You may see favouritism by some managers toward certain people but there are good managers as well so it all depends on luck. Working hours are more and office is like located very far. I used to spend around 13 hours which includes travel and office so less time for social life. Also transport is free but routing is not favourable....Read More
