One and only positive point is job opportunity is provided for freshers. It is difficult to get job on SAP as a fresher. Projects/supports are running only because of interest in learning for consultants, management has 0% contribution.

Dislikes

The dislikes are 1. Salary 12K per month in hand will be 9840/- until next appraisal (may be in 8 months or 18 months god knows) 2. Bond for 3 years, if bond broken 2-3Lakhs to be paid 3. Have to use own laptop if you face any issues with your laptop you are the one responsible never expect anything from the company 4. Training of28-30 days, a certification test if that is cleared the next day of your result you will be in front of client in a project or support, working on issues irrespective of your experience. Once you are certified you are the Subject matter expert of that particular module. 5. Salary hike will be ............... just skip point 5 6. HRs are doing all the other jobs other than HR jobs 7. Employees are used like tissue papers, you are valuable until you are used. Once the job done Go to H.... Home. 8. PF will not be credited until you resign and pay the bond amount, many people has lost good packages and opportunities due to these PF issues. 9. WFH for more than 5 days - 20% salary deduction 10. Delay in total 90+ min per month 1 day salary deduction 11. Work 90+ hours extra other than daily 8.30 to 5.30 and ask for Over time pay - HR reply will be "As per company policy no extra pay for over time" 12. Work on Holidays no comp-off 13. if your are in Customer support team, you have to work on the tickets which were assigned to you even if you are dying but no new tickets will be assigned. 14. Salary date 7th to 20th when ever they wish to give 15.If HR director sends you a message you have to reply within 5-10 min or else you will receive a call saying you are that busy cannot even reply me. If you send a message requesting for appraisal to HR director you won't get reply for months. If you send a msg again for follow up reply will be "you people cannot come on time, cannot take initiative to any of the events etc etc but sends reminder for appraisal" 16. Practice director wants you to work on all modules irrespective of or other than the modules you were trained and certified 17. If you are a Project lead and if your team member didn't do any work then PL has to do it whether PL know or does not know that won't matter 18. Once you leave company you are not allowed to call to HRs or visit office for any document related things. You should take appointment from HR director but you won't get any response for any of your msgs, calls and mails. But you have to ask her before visiting her. 19. Quarterly feedbacks are taken where the same details about you your family is asked, and whatever the feedback you provide will never be considered(mainly salary related). 20. You can be a TL, PL, DL manager with 10 K salary per month. Dislike only can be give I am facing below Issues 1. I am not Salaried for last month 2. No PF is credited for last 3 months 3. After filling up details on Appraisal Application further no action is been taken 4. Laptop was damaged and repair is done but I have no money due to No salary which is directly impacted with no work of FSCI project. 5. Project Expenses is not reimbursed yet
