It is good experience to work for 3 years in merged entity Earlier worked 37 years with eAndhra Bank. Out of 40 years 4 months service, got only four promotions inspite of dedicated work in the Bank in all parameters. I know many who do nothing / moderate / not fit but strong in hypocrisy and were very junior to me reached top level. No proper recognition to seniors. It is a great concern to me. Great injustice done. No regrets since Bank has provided everything to my family for livelihood and betterment in the society. I pray Long live Union Bank with all prosperity and for development of our country....Read More
