Andhra Bank being a govt. undertaking there is no threat of termination till the end of service period. Collegues were very cooperative and friendly.Had the previlage of working in a codial atmosphere.Lately work-life balance was distrubed due to shortage of knowledgeable staff. Absence of language barrier made the working atmosphere congenial.

Dislikes

Bank was incorporated as a Pvt bank which was nationalised later. The traces of Pvt management attitudes still prevails. Regional feelings do exists. Biased treatment shown with regard to promotions and transfers. General public still feel that it is a pvt & regional bank.

Work Details

Hectic but enjoyable. Most friendly attitude towards customers made it a popular regional bank.
