As I rated above, all the points are negative. Alot of politics between each and every person in company. Rather than work politics played main role in company. There is bond of 3 years. Compansation for the bond is 60000/- Rs. Also company policy is changed according to key person of the company. Each and every employee have to suffer 3 months of notice period.
