First or all freshers have to complete training for 6 month in different technologies like sql, ror, html/css, ssis. Job security is good because they never fire you because company not have many resources so . As you want to learn Japanese and want to go japan then japanese learning is good. Other then for technical knowledge thereno senior staff working so. You have to do all the things by yourself like coding , testing, everything. They are giving good salary and appraisal to employees. In company everyone is playing politics. Like upper level management. Work environment is like you have to reach office by 8:30 morning even max 2 late marks allowed. On 3rd late your salary will dedicated.
