TL;DR - Sit tight, there is a lot to tell you about this organization. Let's start: 1. Micro-management: The level of micro-management by the boss is ongoing. You will suffer after joining this organization (based on the reviews). {Org=1 : Emp=0} 2. WFH leave policy: If you're motivated by the organization's WFH facility, just wait.The organization has a very high demand (Policy) to avail it. There are no benefits for the employee, all the benefits go to the organization. {Org=1 : Emp=0} 3. Salary: The approximate salary date is 7/8. There is no significant negative point regarding the salary. If you just want a salary, no matter what you can do for it, go ahead. {Org=0 : Emp=0} 4. Work culture/life balance: Within a year, I saw 4/5 HR personnel change their employment from here. Approximately 15/16 employees have changed due to their work culture. {Org=1 : Emp=0} 5. Deduction: Straightforward, if you miss the deadline of a project or any client project closure, your variable pay will be deducted from your salary. No matter what excuse you can give them, not even if it's your fault. {Org=1 : Emp=0} 6. Policy: I have seen their policy being updated multiple times. I don't know why. Although all the updates are beneficial to them, they just want to have more benefits from the Leave Policy/Work Policy/Employment Handbook. {Org=1 : Emp=0} 7.
