Working at Unichem is over a good experience. Although you will be working on old systems and processes, making some change is slow process in unichem. Culture is good. You will find a good mix of people here. Although company is undergoing some change recently that has bought about some good processes and work lifestyle.

Dislikes

If you are about to bring change here, at some point you will feel it's gonna take forever... (Resistance to change) For old plants the engineering is poor. But overall it's as bad and good as every Pharma on India's map..... Quality department is more powerful, sometimes hampering the growth of the company.

Because of my reporting manager my life at unichem is very good. At times we slog very hard to get things done. Rest of the time there is no pseudo pressure.

Unichem is a good name in Pharmaceuticals world. Like every other Indian company, work pressure is there but which is a good thing according to me. One can learn and grow. Lots of learning opportunities.

Company transport could have been added as facilty, as city traffic is bad.

I like the learning culture of unichem labs because there is huge opportunity to learn the things you never know about it like sophisticated instruments and troubleshooting of that instruments and many more things about conventional development of drugs and formulations
