Work culture is very good There is no politics in QA department. Everyone has distributed section you need to take care of your section inview of compliance make gap assessment then you have no any problms here. No managerial pressure here quality head directly involved in all activities they guide us support us overall very good culture for work.

Dislikes

Only excluding QA QC other departments has union so somewhat dealing is tough with this people
