It is full of cheap politics. Not up to date. people don't want any change. Work culture is drastically bad. Old tools n tackles.outdated systems and thought process. This company is Not good for new generation professional. U don't believe Even HR manager use abusive language in high pich at voice in open office. This is very common scene. Working Culture of Unichem is horrible. HOD running oragananization on there own way, they make their own rule and pressurise the lower level people to obey that. HR policies are not good, so much restrictions are there. You have to deposit your phone at security gate, not allow to use your phone in campus not even in breaktime.
