I like the team work playing ground, in-depth training and its regularity, concerning job security ones job may not be secure but only if you are able to meet target and for real security the environment is safe enough including service security. Also, for career growth there is a line of promotion from financial planner to manager level with personal, initiative growth and development while he salary is a little bit okay and with flexible income opportunity along tough appraisal weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually and always. The job involves lots of traveling within state boundaries and international if necessary. The reconciliation and resolution of conflicts in the company is a fair one and gives everyone a fair playing ground and several times with an open operation with signing of code of conducts and ethics for all staffs. There is the opportunity of learning every weekly meeting and lot of things to learn while working in Unic Insurance that are versatile in productivity and production specialisation interactive learning. Working in Unic Insurance is safe and yielding if all necessary skills are acquire before, during and after working in the company.
