I find the best working culture here in the company, flexible working hours, Supportive peers and managers. Overall good experience.

Dislikes

Systems needs to be improved a bit as hierarchy needs to be implemented here to address employees issues. Training part is also little bit slow

Don't be fooled by the shiny outlook and infrastructure, it's a typical lala organisation, very unprofessional. No respect, no growth, no learning. Managers and leaders are the worst.

The office is good, but employee benefits are given only to the old employees, regardless of whether they contribute or not.

Seniors in Company makes false verbal commitments to keep you working day and night, but then they go back on their word. Many of the old employees don't share information with you and often subject you to severe criticism, leaving you feeling hopeless.
