Highly unprofessional in appointments. No offer letter or appointment letter is offered. Past experience is not valued at all unless the post is vacant for long or they invite applications through advertisements. NEVER apply any job through references.. They dont value your skills or experience. The starting salary for most of the jobs is ₹10000. No hirearchy, no value for employees opinion. For everything, the final word is chairman who is not mucb educated and believes in autocracy. Internal politics, lobbying, nepotism is the way for survival..
