Company police's are very much better they provide you each and every possible aspect. Management is all way better they always see you in growing phase and if your are capable tho you will achieve the every possible height. Work culture is also good they keep you posted with every festival and try to encourage you to get admitted into it. Job security is a serious concern there at local level, because you will only do what your manager says. If they like you, you are good. And if you don not amend in their way you are in red zone. Managers are rude they want to be boss not the leader. Some mid senior level managers are always egoistic and they will make your do anything to satisfy their ego.
