As a Program Manager, I have mixed feelings about Udaan. On the downside, there is a lack of proper hierarchy and systematic achievement of goals. It feels like the company relies too much on investor support and the decisions of the highest paid person. However, I appreciate that Udaan is in a promising space, tackling the fruitful problem of B2B eCommerce.
