I was happy working in Udaan.com even after 1 year in udaan as we were like a happy family but later some new people (New Joinees) started to spoil our trust and bond between us and old team people started to leave the company and management was least bother about it. On 27th April while lockdown company laid off 2000+ employes withan Email saying Job Contract has been Ended and they put all there employes in worst condition. We also got call to join back after 3 months but they reduced approx 40% of salary lesser the package offer while joining Udaan....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
