Well if someone is looking to join at this company than I guess you are at wrong spot. Specially if you are at fields Work.

Dislikes

No health Insurance, No such Appraisal or Growth in future specially if you are from market Fields even If you are worth Growth Position. And salary and DA in terms of Location works pathetic and yeah don't even expect TA forget about it. And bonus hahah. No words. At join company will say about yearly bonus, yearly appraisal, and incentives. Than its bogus.
