I dont like anything in udaan department and culture. The Teammates are not supportive and the management also. Taking about company policies I would like to you give very very bad feedback beacuase it will not be improve soon. They will not be hike salary and also not giving bonus and other compensation.

Obviously there are a lot of polices for ex- How to pressure our employee how to give more and more target to our employee and how to terminate him. Salary is decent but career is slow. Also there are no job security the company can terminate the employee anything without giving any information and intimation. The company is good but the management is bad need to improve the management first then employees.
