What I liked about Udaan is people are free to give ideas but this is limited to only few department and teams.

Dislikes

There is one guy whose name is Shainky Jalaan. He is working there as RFM and he is not the manager anyone should be. He don't know how to speak, He don't know call timings message timings mostly message late night, he put on personal grudges and hamper their appraisal because of grudges and in my life cycle 5-7 people reigned because of him only and management never seems bothered about it. So Completely Blame udaan for that because of one person udaan allowed 6-7 employees to resign....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
