Managment are very bad i joined this company as july 2018 than system is Good but after join mr deepak khanna zonal manger north india is very bad. His attitude is not Good i joined As CreditCollection executive in gurgaon my work performance is very Good pan india in Our department. But coming after mr deepak khanna collection is fall down from starting portfolio all collection executive living the company after deepak khanna joined. I shocked than he transferd to me in gorakhpur up and it told me late night and my Reporting time is Next day morning 9:30 am. This is not possible for any ways. I contacted for this to HR department Next day morning than they have not any response there side . I sendiri many email also but no reply from any side and send me my termination Letter to me in my email....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
