There is not really any company culture per se. People just come, work and leave. The company is growing at an exponential pace and there is a lot of pressure, work wise.

Udaan emerging b2b company in india , but as a employee they don't value their ground level employees who develop their business and expand their market. In covid-19 scenario they have fired almost 10-12 k employees without any notice period or any further information. If Udaan has to grow they should take feedbacks of their ground level staff so they can understand the exact market demand and supply . Here mostly iit, nit, top b business school people survive but they don't have real experience and knowledge what's going in the market they just analyse and compare everything through top cities..But whoever wants to work and get experience about b2b marketplace udaan is a good platform and work culture is also satisfying

On higher positions like zonal head, state head they don't have the correct knowledge of the market , credit facility is also available in udaan but they are trying to deceive their buyers. Most employees are hired through different agencies they don't get proper systematic pf deduction . But as a startup company udaan will grow that's for sure. But they must take feedback from their ground level staff and act accordingly. Most of the e-commerce business runs through top 13-15 cities of India, udaan deals in urban semi urban and rular areas but mostly product quality what sellers supply to their buyers is not satisfying. If Udaan maintains a proper system , it will remain in the market for sure.
