Hiring For Sales Team Leader For Bangalore Location

Responsibilities:

• Engage in fair and transparent selling practices.
• Lead and manage team of inside sales professionals responsible to reach out to potential leads sourced from diverse channels to address their business financing needs.
• Ensure the team presents products effectively, addresses customer inquiries, and facilitates the loan application process.
• Track, document, and report on sales activities and team performance.
• Collaborate with the central training team to ensure continuous upskilling and development of team members.

Competencies:

• At least 3-4 years of Inside Sales/Tele sales team management experience with Banking and financial products is preferred.
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English, Hindi and the regional language. Proficiency in South Indian languages is an added advantage.
• High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
• Good knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and work under pressure
