The best part is the wide range of people working with different age group. The cooperation and support you get from teammates is very good. UCOBank, a PSB, founded by great Ghanshyamdasji Bidla, is one of the youngest PSB. Like any other PSU/PSB, there are huge reviews, but I have worked here for 37 years and I can assure UCO is at par with any other PSB. It has presence throughout India. UCO has huge potential for deserving youngsters. It's financials till last Yearly reporting were though not as good as others' but recently, except UCO, many other biger banks have been much talked about adversely.
