I like the way they reached me things and cared about my process and my manager was very patience with me

I did not like the way they did not hire me but they didn't tell me until last week so my performance and motivation was pretty low and I was expected to be hired after 6 months. they said it was because of the merging with Credit Suisse but they hired other interns

1. Promotions are tough. 2. Health insurance for parents is very costly. It is cheaper outside. 3. New joiners are not at all welcomed. You have to beg people for information and that too you will not get. There is a lot of competition due to which no one will tell you anything about the product. Difficult to work here.

Nothing is there to like. Good for professional boot lickers though.

Everything. From DOJ to DOL it's just an experience, a bad one. Unnecessary work pressure. Picking on junior resources. Fake agile. Managers and leads have mentality of taking all the credits for everything you do and if something goes wrong, you're solely responsible and will be thrown in front to take all the heat.
