Cab facility at least in my case is limited, so have to reach at the nodal point, which is far. No gifts or sweets on festivals. Bring your own device model. Product requirements take longer time to reach from BA to Devs. So alot of spare time. Company is new to agile model, adapting is a challenge for them, scrum tasks get's pod resources overlapped.

If you are a new joiner and your manager understands that you are more capable than them then they will create false records for you not performing and throw you out of company or block your visibilities and opportunities so you don’t grow.

Lack of transparency with management. Taking decisions and follow ups are not done on time. Long time meetings for small things and no results... No proper eminities at the building

1. Promotions are tough. 2. Health insurance for parents is very costly. It is cheaper outside. 3. New joiners are not at all welcomed. You have to beg people for information and that too you will not get. There is a lot of competition due to which no one will tell you anything about the product. Difficult to work here.
