Still in initial phase of agile adoption people are having waterfall mindset they don't understand agile. 8. Some projects are vendor driven 9. Credit Suisse was the best company to work for. After its acquisition by UBS, there has been issues with closure of existing profiles and searching for new roles. But UBS has so far not fired anyone from India , they have tried to mostly absorb for some or other roles.
