I am with Tychons for 3+ Years. I started my carrier as QA. The management found my skillset helped me to update my skills and promoted me as Project coordinator. The company gives more opportunities to freshers and trains them with advanced programs in the industry. The work culture is so good and the management treats the employeeas family members and gives them enough space to express themselves. This comany develped in E-commerce website using magento platform but they have adopt all the latest technologies and daily having clients calls so it is very usefull for understanding clients requirements, and they are mainly focused US, Canada and UK clients. the work pressure is very low.
