Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and customization of HighJump WMS applications to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Take ownership of end-to-end system development-from design to deployment-ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance.

- Perform thorough system analysis, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to optimize existing applications.

- Create and modify SQL objects (tables, stored procedures, functions, etc.) for integration with HighJump WMS.

- Develop complex custom workflows, user interfaces, and extensions using HighJump's Architect and WebWise tools.

- Implement HighJump WMS configurations to streamline operations and support evolving business processes.

- Write detailed technical documentation and project plans, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Act as a technical mentor for junior developers, providing guidance on development best practices.

- Collaborate on defining technical strategies and participate in setting architectural standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues, ensuring swift resolution of production problems.

Skill Requirements & Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years as a HighJump WMS Developer with hands-on experience in advanced customization and development.

- Proficient in HighJump Architect and WebWise tools for developing tailored solutions and integrating with enterprise systems.

- Expertise in MS SQL Server-proficient in complex queries, stored procedures, database design, and performance tuning.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying HighJump WMS configurations across multiple projects.

- Hands-on experience in building reports and dashboards with HighJump Pulse and SSRS Reports.

- Strong development background with expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET framework, ASP.NET) for system integration.

- Experience in label design using Bartender software is a plus.

- Solid understanding of the SDLC, agile development practices, and code versioning systems like Git.

- Ability to handle performance optimization, conduct system audits, and improve software stability.

- Exceptional analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills for complex system issues.

- Experience in leading technical projects, guiding junior team members, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
