Very nice and friendly environment. You can learn lot of things and get to know more about the technology. Everyone in the company is very much supportive. Senior devs are reacheable and very kind to interact. The management encourages the employees and boosts them to work. This is the go to location for freshers. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
