1) The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. 2) Since it's small size company, team collaboration and work culture is fantastically good. 3) Provides good compensation and variables on time. 4) Better job security. 5) Provides time-to-time training on latest technologies trends. 6) People in higher management is transparent, generous and sober.

Dislikes

1) Less chance of onsite opportunities. 2) Since it's smaller company, we can't predict or assure the situation when projects are going or on verge of completion. 3) No cafeteria and gymnasium
