Office culture especially for new hires is very toxic Irrational expectations from even a trainee hire. No on job training. No extra benefits or perks I will never recommend to anyone. No job security. If you resign then there is 2 months notice period, but in case of termination there isn't any notice period or even a warning.

Dislike many things or must say all the things as CEO is not helpful or cooperative nor he allow others to help employees, no motivation at all, also he never listen or work on employees feedback, he make his own policies on the spot and ask employees to follow it then & there without any prior notice.
