Suggest to friends please don't go to tbat company , i was ever been working there where they will hire you for some replacement after 2 or 3 months they will fire you

Client place with bad behaviour , no job security , salary not in proper time and they will fire you in the nane of performance not good

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
