- Nothing. - I have wasted my 2 years in this company. - Only HR and non tech team is enjoying and developers are working hard as hell and not getting appreciation from seniors.(not even get good pay for working) - if you are stuck at any point senior never help you. - Never join this company as fresher. You will waste your 2 years. - They have hire and fire policy. - Didn't pay last 2 month salary. - Didn't completed FNF anfter leaving company. - They never allow to change the project even if you want. - All the time seniors are force to work on sat - sun. - And you have to work for evey last sat....Read More

While other companies lay off many employees, But Tudip gives us a chance to stay and teach us about other technologies as well as assigning us our dream projects.

So everyone says during the 2 month induction period they don't provide salary or bad work culture. But it's totally a lie, The induction period is the time where you have to prove yourself that you are capable to work here and adapt the culture of the company.

I didn't feel any like thinking about this company.

This is a worst company, so please don't go to this company. If you go to this company after 2 month you feel I was take wrong decisions.your office time is 9 hr but you work 12 to 13 hr+ per a day. In officially saturday and sunday leave but you also work on this day without salary.

They treat employees like not employees They do not give the desired salaryy and even hold ur salaries. Aftter leaving the company for experience letter they take our salary to get that letter. After leaving the company they mail other companies dont hire them. Do not do this.

But after 2 months they will fir all just keeping 2,3 employees. Basically it's scam .
