I was working in commerce pundit as a solution architect more than a year. I really enjoyed work culture. Full authority and supports from management. I was enjoyed great exposure to work as a individual contributor in this company.

The very first experience anyone can have is HR department , that is very very helpful and always ready to solve any kind of query employee has, regardless the department. Another thing is overall structure of management is excellent as they are following strict ISO standards procedure. I like the way duties have been assigned to people according to their job role.
