TTEC management is excellent. Supportive teammates and the best work environment.

One thing I dislike is being in chat support, it's little too much for push 3 (3 chats at a time)😰 When it's a simple query, that could save AHT and can improve overall performance but we can't expect a cool and a happy member always. Otherwise TTEC management is excellent, decent salary and provides the best growth opportunity.

When you don't know the product knowledge so well, you struggle a bit in the beginning but once you gain product knowledge well, nothing to worry about. I'm looking forward to greater opportunity with TTEC

A complete waste of time. Working with this company was a huge loss for my career. Here, the management, HR and each and every upper level person is highly corrupt under office politics. If an employee speaks the right thing, these people make sure to ruin the work life of the employee. After being the best employee and giving very good performance, one of the TEAMLEAD(Deepak) put me under performance improvement programme and ruined my next 6 months as I became ineligible for any promotions. Then, on talking with the manager he lied to me statijg that this PIP is not initiated and I am still in green zone. After a month, in order to get praised by client these people showed my name in the PIP people and showed that a PIP employee of this company is exceeding all the KRAs. When I questioned this PIP, these people started putting a lot of mental pressure which caused me leave this company. HRs are the worst players here... one of the HR(Prasad) promised to issue my relieving letter and best employee certificate and other docs once there system is returned without any amount to be paid to the company. However, once the system was delivered, these people asked me to wait another 45 days and after these 45 days I received and email begging for Rs.19000 as an FnF settlement amount else, they won't release my documents....Read More

Everything. TEAMLEAD MANAGERS HRS all are frauds here. These people plays very nicely with good employees. Whenever they have requirement, they calls the employee even at nights even though the employee is on leave to login and make him/her work without any appreciation. No positive support from any of the above people.
