They have given 3 month salary from March to June Later they forcefully resigned our position from there company.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and partiality.They are not giving the chance to experienced agent. Salary is also not up to the mark.

Salary doesn't get credited early when the data is already collected every month of 25th Every one depends on salary atleast it should be done before 5th date of the month. For me 5th date of each month is deadline day for all payments. This is very dissatisfing service when we do work ontime and such delay is not acceptable. Specially, for this month it's already 4th and not yet credited.

Only working environment is good and that is because all colleagues are thinking te same about the company. Mostly finding better opportunities and not willing to stay longer.

Dislikes

There is no Job security and promotion is shown and told only but not implemented. Moreover there is 0 work life balance and very frequent changing of policies which makes it very difficult to meet clients target.

What I felt bad about ttec is some people who are in the management level. At some point of time I was even humiliated by my acting super visor. If they want to remove you from the job then they will humiliate you, frustrate you and they will even make jokes at you. I have survived though until now.
